• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, company documents and papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check any possibly related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before placing a bid.
