• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. Items have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax, and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new so defects and omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle obligations: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be registered, unregistered or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
