• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The lot has been photographed for the listing by the seller. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must, before placing a bid, inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or right of return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always check all related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this if buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the lot and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price if lower, together with any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction’s applicable terms and the terms of sale before placing a bid.
