• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come from active use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a professional, so latent defects not noticed when creating the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee appears in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all matters relevant to your purchase decision, such as vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. For overdue collection a charge of €50 per day + VAT will be applied.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
