Items come from use or storage and have been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the premises and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer may not later claim a circumstance that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each bid may have its own pickup fee; if there are multiple purchases, the pickup fee must be paid for each. • 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be roadworthy, unroadworthy or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: Transfer of vehicle registration by the bankruptcy estate may take several weeks. Take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and recovery costs, in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
