• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been subject to a formal condition inspection. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are as they were in use or in storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a qualified inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the specific lot, the company's documents and records before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-auction inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller for the items. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Before deciding to buy, always check any relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale includes vehicles that may be inspected, uninspected or with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the lot and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing a bid.

• offers are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the lot is sold "as is" but the seller guarantees that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) business days of the end of the auction, the bid will no longer bind the bidder
