Items have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection information using Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Exceeding the collection time incurs a charge of 50 € / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower sale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before placing a bid.
