• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. Items have been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. They have not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may be present.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder must inspect the lot and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on a fact that could have been discovered during the pre-auction inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or returns offered by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have won several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 About the goods The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults and missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Before buying, always verify any related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. For sale are inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs with interest in full. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
