The property is sold by online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 7 May 2026 - 2 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 2 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system operation. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period. The Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must then state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer; it will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered by 29 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact information, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 7 May 2026 - 2 June 2026. The sale period ends on 2 June 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
