The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 5 May 2026–31 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 31 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The mentioned properties form a coherent whole. Under section 62 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code the properties will first be offered together and then separately. A joint offer is accepted if it is higher than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated between the properties in relation to the separate offers, covers each property’s lowest acceptable offer. Separate offers will, however, be accepted if the debtor requests this and all preferential claims and the applicant’s claims are covered.

Separate offers cannot be submitted electronically on the www.huutokaupat.com site. Any separate offers must be delivered no later than 1 June 2026 at 12:00 to Enforcement Authority / Realisation, Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A separate offer must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount and which property the offer concerns. Submitted offers will not be published separately.

If separate offers are accepted, the payment terms in this sales brochure will apply to the purchase price.
