Seized property in Perno, Turku, Turku

The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 1 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The object is sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 1 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid the buyer must pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest on the full purchase price under section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase function. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding and follows the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The asset has been seized and is sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, adhering where applicable to the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to examine the property for sale carefully, as well as the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property. Therefore, buyers should inspect the property before making an offer.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
