A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If a bid cannot be made via Huutokaupat.com, the buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 23 May 2026 at 12:00 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisering, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Björneborg. A written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact information, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themself in order to submit the bid.
