Seized property with buildings in Piikkiö, Kaarina, Kaarina

The property is sold in an online auction organised on www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 11 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by the enforcement officer via the online service www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 11 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to approve the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The remaining purchase price may, if necessary, be granted up to six weeks’ payment time. During the payment period the buyer must pay interest in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the entire purchase price. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic increment system. The written offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 07 May 2026 at the latest by 12:00 to:

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number the offer concerns.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the bailiff by free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and for the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months from the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative at the latest when applying for registration of title, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership and the deed of sale is handed over only when the sale is final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
