All bids must be submitted via the Huutokaupat.com service by the stated deadline. “Highest bid” means the bid the seller has accepted as highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale. The seller has the right to accept or reject the highest bid, and may reject all bids without separate justification. A‑Clinic Foundation and Kymen Habita Oy are not responsible for the technical performance of the Huutokaupat.com service or any possible disruptions.

Information provided by the seller and viewing the property

Information about the property is given in the auction listing attachments, and bidders are obliged to inspect the property and all documents before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Concluding the sale

After the auction ends, a representative of Kymen Habita Oy will contact the highest bidder to agree the practical arrangements for completing the sale. The highest bidder must submit a separate written purchase offer via Kymen Habita Oy. A binding contract is only created once the written purchase offer has been made and accepted. A bid placed on Huutokaupat.com alone is not binding.

The transfer of real property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The purchase price is paid at the completion of the sale. The fee of the sale confirmer is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.
