The lot will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 10/04/2026 - 10/05/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 10/05/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be submitted no later than 07/05/2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the offer’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 10/04/2026 - 10/05/2026. The sales period ends on 10/05/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be approved or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the notified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
