The property is seized and will be sold free for sale by the enforcement officer in accordance with, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code and the specific terms of this sale.

Bidders are advised to inspect the property carefully, to review the sale documents and the terms applicable to the sale before placing a bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 4% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Acceptance of the bid and payment instructions will be notified to the buyer separately.
