The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

Inspection of the property

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
