Tukena-säätiö sr is selling, via voluntary sale, an apartment it no longer needs that was used for rental. The apartment has served as rental housing for clients of the regional welfare area's disability services. It is located near Vaala town centre in a quiet housing company. Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax according to the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed due to reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed fixed compensation.
