Seized shares in the housing company Asunto Oy Ilmajoen Vihtahovi, numbers 1–45 in Ilmajoki, entitling the holder to possession of a residential flat of 45 m² (1 room + kitchen + sauna) at Äkkijuhantie 11 A 1, 60720 Tuomikylä, and share number 383, entitling the holder to possession of a 13 m² carport space.

The transfer tax is 1.5% of the purchase price. For the purposes of the transfer tax Act, the purchase price includes, in addition to the cash amount paid, any company loan shares and any maintenance charge receivables that transfer to the buyer. If there are several buyers, each buyer must submit their own transfer tax declaration and pay their own share of the transfer tax.
