The lot is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 27/04/2026 and 19/05/2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment term. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide detailed instructions on how to pay the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer under section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code where applicable.
