The property will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 20 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period ends on 20 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is required to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

If necessary, the buyer may be granted a payment period of six weeks for the remainder of the purchase price. Interest will be charged on the payment period in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price. The annual rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to place a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic-bidding function.
