Seized undeveloped plot in Sastamala, Sastamala

The item will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 18/05/2026 and 08/06/2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the availability of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an offered bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com case number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer.

After the auction closes the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and will provide detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying, as appropriate, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.
