The object will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 9 April 2026 and 30 April 2026.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 30 April 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. A decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If an accepted bid is confirmed, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 28 April 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli Office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the online auction reference number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will, as a rule, be the person who has made the accepted offer in the online auction. If the bidder has made the offer entirely or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are urged to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal are attached to the sale decision.
