Terms of sale

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale under the administration of the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, and subject to the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest online bid. Further details are available in the sales prospectus.

Bids apply to the purchase price to be paid in full to the Enforcement Authority. Any other obligations that fall to the buyer are listed in the sales prospectus under buyer’s liabilities and rights.

Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction conditions of the Enforcement Code.
