Seized farmland and forest properties in Kurikka, Kurikka

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale pursuant to section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20% of the purchase price. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when the bid is accepted.

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and in accordance with the Enforcement Code's general auction terms. After the highest bid is accepted the buyer must immediately pay the purchase price or at least a deposit of 20% of the purchase price.
