Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged before making an offer to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and which can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale must be executed in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the completion of the transaction. The fees of the official certifying the sale will be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for the real estate transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice. The buyer is responsible for subdivision costs.


Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
