Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place of signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing of the contract. The fee for the public certifier is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to proceed with the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
