The property is seized and will be sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing as applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least 20 percent of the purchase price as a deposit.
