Seized farmland and forest properties in Kurikka, Kurikka

The property has been seized and will be sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with Section 76 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid submitted in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the entire purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.

Terms of sale:

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the Enforcement Code's general auction terms.
