The lot is sold by increment bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com 24/04/2026 - 17/05/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 08/03/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer compensation liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 13/05/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by e-mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written offer.
