Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

Seller's information

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the sale. The bidder has had the opportunity to ask the seller questions about the property.

Concluding the sale

The sale of real estate must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The deed of sale will preferably be executed using the National Land Survey's property transfer service with electronic signatures. The purchase price must be paid before signatures are made.

The deed should be signed approximately one month after the end of the auction.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

The buyer is responsible for costs related to the formation of the property and for the fee of the attesting official.

The buyer is responsible for the electronic transaction fee, which covers registration of title and attestation.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
