The lot is sold by upward bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com from 16 March 2026 - 7 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 7 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

Pledge rights relating to the property for sale will lapse and mortgages will remain in force. Electronic mortgage deeds will be transferred to the buyer or the buyer's designee.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

An appeal against the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on appeals are attached to the sale decision.

Payment terms:
Deposit The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the official account, use reference RF3937600003184231. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

Payment period If the highest bid is accepted, payment time for the remaining purchase price will, if necessary, be granted until 30 April 2026 at the latest. If payment time is not used, the purchase price must be paid immediately after the bid is accepted. If payment time is used, annual interest will be charged on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the whole payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. This reference rate, determined semi-annually under Section 12 of the Interest Act, is currently 2.50%. If payment has not been made within the specified time, i.e. by 30 April 2026 at the latest, default interest pursuant to Section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged thereafter. The default interest rate is currently 9.50%.
