Bids made in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of €10,000 into the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Acceptance of the bid and payment details will be notified to the buyer separately.
