Terms of Sale

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale under section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20% of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when an offer is accepted.


Terms of sale
