The deadline for submitting offers ends on 26 March 2026 at 10:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted offer).

Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer through huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number. Delivery of a written offer must be arranged with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 24 March 2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any fees related to the transfer of subscription agreements.

The seized property will be sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 26 March 2026 at 10:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via huutokaupat.com, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 24 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
