The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 5–26 March 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 26 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 25 March 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00) or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
