Terms of Sale

The property is sold in an online auction arranged on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 26 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.


The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 26 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.


Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.


The buyer must immediately pay a 20 percent deposit of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid is accepted.


A maximum of six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price if necessary. During the payment period, interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is charged on the full purchase price. The annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.


If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic increment system.
