Terms of sale

The property is sold by online auction on Huutokaupat.com between 26 February – 26 March 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code and the specific terms of this sale.

Bidders are advised to carefully examine the property, the sales documents and the terms of sale before placing a bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 4 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account.

It is also possible to submit a written purchase offer by 12:00 on 19 March 2026 by delivering it to the Enforcement Authority, Vantaa office, Teknobulevardi 7, H-building, 6th floor, 01530 VANTAA or by e-mail to: vantaa.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property will be sold by online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during 26 February – 26 March 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 14:00. Each new offer extends the closing time by three minutes.

The property is seized and sold by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may approve or reject the highest bid in the auction. More information is available in the sales prospectus.

Bids concern the purchase price which must be paid in full to the Enforcement Authority. See the sales prospectus for information on any loan shares, unpaid company charges and other obligations or costs for which the new owner is also responsible or is required to pay in order to take possession of the share apartment.
