A lakeside cottage on the shore of Raudanvesi in Sukeva, built in the 1930s, with a separate sauna building. The floor area is approximately 80 m2. Not suitable for winter habitation.

The cottage has its own electricity connection. The property has no water or sewer connections. Greywater treatment does not comply with current regulations. The plot is an approximately 6,800 m2 parcel of property 762-893-1-33. No private well.

Estimated property tax for the buildings about €200 per year. The land property tax will be determined when the area for sale is formed into its own property.

The buyer will pay the parcel's share of road maintenance fees, estimated at about €230 per year (if not used in winter).

The buyer is responsible for the costs of forming the new property and must pay the certifying officer's fee.
