The deadline for submitting bids ends on 26 March 2026 at 14:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer; this will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid applies. Submitting a written bid must be arranged with the enforcement officer in advance and the bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi by 24 March 2026 at 12:00 latest.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made.

The Enforcement Authority does not guarantee the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

The buyer is responsible for any fees that may arise from transferring subscription or connection agreements.

The property is sold in an online auction with incremental bids on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 26 March 2026 at 14:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted for the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 24 March 2026 at 12:00 at the address below.
