Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Office is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately on accepting or rejecting the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding system. A written purchase bid is binding, and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid is submitted. Submission of a written bid must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance, and the bid must be delivered to the Enforcement Office’s Lahti office (Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti; customer service at the Lahti office is open on weekdays from 9 to 12 in the joint service premises of the office building) or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi no later than 28.10.2026 at 12:00.

The Enforcement Office reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.
