Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. The bid must be submitted by 26 November 2026 at 12:00 to the National Enforcement Authority's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.
