Enforcement-seized property with buildings in Säkylä on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi, Säkylä

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 23 October 2026 to 12 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 18:00 on 12 November 2026, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com item number concerned. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 12:00 on 11 November 2026 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period ends from 23 October 2026 to 12 November 2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last purchase bid. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the item on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves in order to submit the bid.
