The mortgagee reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The property is sold as a private sale between the parties.

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 6 November 2026 to 7 December 2026. The deadline for bids is 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The bankruptcy estate is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The bankruptcy estate and the buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The bankruptcy estate reserves the right to decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale. Bidders undertake to allow Huutokaupat.com to disclose their contact details to the advertiser to enable the sales decision and communication thereof.

Selling the property free of encumbrances requires the mortgagee’s consent. The highest bid will be submitted to the mortgagee for approval before it is accepted or rejected. Approval may take up to 2 weeks from the end of the auction.

After the property sale has been concluded and the purchase price paid, the bankruptcy estate will remove the restriction on control related to the bankruptcy.

Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the prior inspection.

Viewings must be arranged separately.

Information provided by the seller

No condition survey has been commissioned, nor will one be commissioned, by the seller. The property is sold with the equipment and in the condition it is in at the time of sale.

The property’s garage was built without a building permit and is located at least partly on the neighbouring plot. The garage must be demolished. The bankruptcy estate is not responsible for the demolition. In addition, the property’s septic tank is located on the neighbouring plot.

The bankruptcy estate warrants that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may be assumed to affect the sale.


Concluding the sale


The sale of the property must be concluded in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion meeting. The buyer pays the fee of the public purchase witness.


Other costs


The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.


Withdrawal from the sale


Under the Finnish Land Code, a party who refuses to conclude the sale must reimburse the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary measures related to concluding the sale.
