The property will be sold by online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com by bids during 01.09.2026 - 27.09.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 27.09.2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the bailiff, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The offer must be delivered no later than 24.09.2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by email to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting the written offer.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the bailiff on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 01.09.2026 - 27.09.2026. The sale period ends on 27.09.2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer. The bailiff separately decides whether the highest bid is to be accepted or rejected.
