The property is sold in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 28.9.2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The foreclosed asset is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 28.9.2026 at 13:00, or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the payment period specified. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the enforcement authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted.

The remaining purchase price may, if necessary, be paid within a maximum of six weeks. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under Section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. A written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount offered, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 23.9.2026 at 12:00 to the Turku office of the Enforcement Authority, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the www.huutokaupat.com service, the bidder may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached as part of the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount offered, and the object number in the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 23.9.2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Turku office, address Lasarettsgatan 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, applying the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code as appropriate.

The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a complete description of the property for sale. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

The buyer must apply for title to their acquisition within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer obtains title to the property and the deed of sale will be handed over only once the sale has become legally final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
