The property has been seized and is sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying as appropriate the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price, or at least a 20% deposit of the purchase price. More detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Agency when the bid is accepted.
