Property subject to enforcement sale in Perniö, Salo, Salo

The property is sold in an online auction organised on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 14.10.2026 at 12:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the payment period given. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay 20% of the purchase price as a deposit into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid.

The remaining purchase price may, if necessary, be paid within 3 weeks. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the full purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under Section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in the automatic bidding system. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer is submitted.

The property has been seized and is being sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to carefully inspect the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative only and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property for sale. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before submitting a bid.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registering title and for the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for registration of title within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration, unless the buyer is exempt from paying transfer tax.

The buyer acquires title to the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become legally valid and the purchase price has been paid in full.
