The property is sold in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. The online auction ends on 24.09.2026 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The foreclosed property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 24.09.2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder with the highest accepted bid.

For the final purchase price, a payment period of up to five weeks may be granted if necessary. The payment period must be notified separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest on the full purchase price must be paid in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 22.09.2026 at 12:00 to the Turku office of the Enforcement Authority, address Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by email to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title registration. Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer will obtain ownership of the property and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has become legally final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
