Enforced sale of detached house property, Vesanto, Northern Savonia, Vesanto

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 17.8.2026 - 6.9.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 6.9.2026 at 20.00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. Written

offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding, and the same terms apply to it as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 3.9.2026 at 12.00 to the Kuopio office of the Enforcement Authority, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the announced payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
